    A long-term plan, which considers all communities and institutions, public and private involved.

    The project was structured during the first quarter of 2024, from El Ordeño with indigenous communities and government, with the assistance of leaders from six sectors in Ecuador: public, private, community, civil society, academia/media, and investors.
